We provide Iraq-based local execution and verification support within international risk and due diligence assignments. Our role is to provide the local capabilities that are difficult to obtain remotely, while allowing the international advisory firm to retain responsibility for the overall client relationship and assessment.
Services should be performed within the company’s applicable Iraqi licensing, legal, regulatory, and professional scope. Specialist legal advice and other regulated professional services should be delivered or supervised by appropriately qualified and licensed professionals.
